Introduction to MG150/345-W shearer
The MG150/345-W thin coal seam hydraulic haulage shearer is a multi-motor transverse arrangement hydraulic chainless haulage shearer. The total installed power of the machine is 345 kW, and the tractive power is 45 kW. It uses a hydraulic stepless speed regulation system to control the shearer tractive speed.
The MG150/345-W shearer has a main body consisting of two boxes connected by high-strength hydraulic bolts. The left box includes the left traveling section and the electric control section, while the right box includes the traction motor, the right traveling section, and the hydraulic pump box. This simple and reliable structure has a small overall size and low body height, making it suitable for thin coal seam mining. The multi-motor drive is arranged horizontally for easy disassembly and assembly. The traction motor is horizontally mounted in the right box of the main body to provide 300kN traction force for the shearer through the traction mechanism. The shearer control panel is located in the electric control compartment of the left box of the main body. All hydraulic components except for the oil motor are installed in the hydraulic pump box. The hydraulic adjustment handle is located on both sides of the main body to control the lifting and lowering of the left and right rocker arms of the shearer.

When the ambient temperature is +25℃, the relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 97%.

Structural Features of MG150/345-W Type Shearer
The main body is composed of two boxes on the left and right sides, which are connected by high-strength hydraulic bolts. This simple and reliable structure is easy to disassemble and assemble, and has a small size, greatly reducing the height of the shearer body and making it suitable for thin coal seam mining.
2. The cutting motor is arranged horizontally on the rocker arm, and there is no power transmission between the rocker arm and the body. The spiral bevel gear and the complex through shaft structure are eliminated.
3. The hydraulic system uses a slant-axis plunger motor, with main components that are compatible with mature shearers. The system has high efficiency, low failure rate, and good interchangeability.
4. The main components can be extracted from the old pond side without affecting other components, making replacement and maintenance easier.
The primary electrical control of the shearer is implemented using a programmable logic controller (PLC) with Chinese display capabilities, which can display the normal operating status of the shearer and indicate electrical control faults for ease of maintenance.
