单体支柱拆柱机产品介绍

单体支柱拆柱机是单体液压支柱专用拆柱设备，它具有夹紧力距大、拆柱效率高、维修质量好和减轻工人劳动强度等优点。它能拆卸锈蚀严重用现有设备很难拆卸的支柱；并使拆柱过程基本上实现了机械化，从而提高了维修工作机械化程度，加快拆柱和维修进程，是目前国内较好的拆柱设备。

单体支柱拆柱机特点

⑴ 能完成三用阀、底座、手把体、顶盖及活柱体的拆卸任务，实现了一机多能。

⑵ 主电动机和减速器之间采用皮带传动，过载能力强，噪音小；主轴装有可自动调心的双向卡盘（Ⅰ型机）或偏心式双向自紧卡盘（Ⅱ型机），钢性好，装卡工件比一般通用卡盘或其它夹紧方式夹紧力大，操作方便，省力。

⑶机械和液压夹紧相结合，基本实现拆卸过程机械化。

⑹工作介质：含5%M10 或 MT 的乳化液

⑺主电机功率：5KW。
