平衡重全电动堆高车系统工作原理

传统的电动搬运车在转向时，双手作用于手柄，作用力通过链条带动方向轮转向，操作起来比较吃力，当所载货物比较重时，则非常费劲，而且如果行驶的路面凹凸不平，路面对方向轮的震动会传给手柄，造成“打手”现象，给手柄控制带来较大难度。
加装了电子转向系统（EPS）的搬运车/堆高车在转向时，转向传感器会“感觉”到转向盘的力矩和拟转动的方向，这些信号会通过数据线发给转向系统控制器。转向系统控制器则会根据传动力矩、拟转的方向等数据信号，向转向执行器发出动作指令，从而使电动机根据具体的需要输出相应大小的转动力矩，因此使转向能轻易完成。

操作装了电子转向系统的搬运车或者堆高车，转向所需力只有原来的1/5，甚至可以仅凭手指一拨就能轻松完成转向工作，真正的四两拨千斤
