矿用电机车产品介绍

矿用电机车是矿井水平巷道长距离运输的一种重要运输工具，在矿井煤炭运输及辅助运输中占有重要地位。它具有成本低，运输能力大，使用操作方便，具有非工作储备系统等优点。

矿用电机车由由机械部分和电气部分组成。机械部分包括：车架、轮对、轴承箱、弹簧托架、制动装置、撒砂装置、连接缓冲装置等。电气部分包括：直流串激电动机、控制器、电阻箱、受电弓、空气自动开关或隔爆插销、蓄电池（蓄电池电机车）。

外形尺寸小、轴距短、小巧灵活，涨闸制动快而可靠，结构简单，易于维修，适用于支巷道和小矿运输和中小型矿调车用。

1.架线式电机车的工作过程

高压交流电经牵引变流所降压、整流后，正极接到架空线上，负极接到铁轨上。机车上的受电弓与架空线接触，将电流引入车内，再经空气自动开关、控制器、电阻箱进入牵引电动机，驱动电动机运转。电动机通过传动装置带动车轮转动，从而牵引列车行驶。从电动机流出的电流经轨道流回变流所。

2蓄电池式电机车的工作过程

蓄电池提供的直流电经隔爆插销、控制器、电阻箱进入电动机，驱动电动机运转。电动机通过传动装置带动车轮转动，从而牵引列车行驶。
