调度绞车

调度绞车产品介绍

调度绞车为隔爆型，供矿井井下或地面装载调度编组矿车及在中间巷道托运矿车和其他辅助搬运之用。绞车采用行星齿轮传动，绞车具有结构紧凑、刚性好、效率高、安装移动方便、起动平稳、操作灵活、制动可靠、噪音低等特点。

调度绞车由电动机、卷筒装置、刹车装置或液压推杆、底座、护罩等部件组成。

调度绞车通过操作工作闸和制动闸来实现绞车卷筒的正转和停转，从而实现对重物的牵引和停止两种工作状态。设计中绞车内部各转动部分均采用滚动轴承，运转灵活。
