JSDB-19双速多用绞车产品介绍

双速多用绞车采用“双轴多级”传动特点，实现了大的传动比。采用“齿-联”传动系统的传动原理，不但实现了慢、快两个速度，并实现了快、慢速的大速比，很好地实现了快、慢速矿用绞车的一体化。采用“长条形对称”结构，实现了结构紧凑、外形美观实用，适合于煤矿井下狭窄空间的作业，也很方便地进行不同工作地点的自移。传动效率高、工作效率高、容绳量大、节能操作简单、使用方便，并具有可靠的双闸制动。结构工艺简单，可靠，成本低。使用寿命长、维护维修费用低。 

JSDB-19型双速绞车，它应用广，实现了快、慢两个速度，其慢速可代替现有的回柱绞车和慢速绞车，其快速可代替现有的调度绞车和运输绞车。

JSDB-19双速多用绞车组成与工作原理

双速多用绞车由电动机经带制动轮的联轴器、减速箱，再经过一级开式齿轮传动传递到滚筒，牵引钢丝绳进行工作。通过扳动调速手把实现绞车调速。通常状况下用电动机与减速箱之间的制动闸实现制动。

双速多用绞车主要由以下七部分组成：（1）电动机（2）联轴器（3）制动闸（4）变速手把（5）减速箱（6）卷筒装置（7）底座。
