电机车用直流分区开关为矿用一般型小型设备，适用于煤矿井下无甲烷和煤尘爆炸性气体混合物场合，用于矿山井下或地面的窄轨电机车牵引网路中，作为牵引网线路分段连接开关，供手动断开、接通电源用，便于停电检修，停电范围小。

电机车用直流分区开关结构特点

本开关有外壳、开关、底座、传动结构、锁等部分组成。

1、开关的上盖和壳体用密封圈密封，以保持防尘防水。

2、开关的接线座是紫铜做成，由连接铜带，底座等组成。

3、操作机构，有连动轴、弹簧、通过转动手柄能迅速的闭合和断开。

4、上盖合上之后才能操作手柄断开和闭合，开关断开后，才能打开上盖，因有机械闭锁，做到负载断电后开盖。

安装环境相对湿度：≤95%（25℃无结露凝水）；
