1、支架用途及优点

巷道支护形式及支护材料的选择取决于巷道围岩性质、压力大小、巷道的服务年限、用途及巷道的断面形状等因素。现一般采用U型钢拱形可缩性支架。

U型钢拱形可缩性支架结构比较简单、承载能力较矿工钢大、可缩性能较好、可用于大断面等优点

2、支架组成

U型钢拱形可缩性支架一般由顶梁、柱腿、连接件、架间拉杆、背衬材料等5部分组成，按支架节数分为三节、四节、五节，一般讲，巷道断面较小、侧压不大时用三节，断面较大、侧压较大或围岩条件和外载变化较大时用四节，断面较大时用5节。按柱腿曲直情况分为直腿式和曲腿式两种；按拱的形状分为三心拱和半圆拱两类。按支架对称与否可分为对称性和非对称性支架。

3、安装说明

一、支架应按中线和腰线架设；

二、支架的顶部及两帮应背紧、背牢，不得使用风化、自燃的岩石或矿石作充填物；

三、平巷的支架应有上撑，倾斜巷道的支架应有上、下撑和拉杆，并应有３°～５°的迎山角；

四、金属支架应加设拉杆，支架立柱的底部要有坚硬垫板；

五、支架的立柱应立于巷道底板以下５０～１５０ｍｍ的实底上，有水沟的巷道，水沟一侧的立柱底部应低于水沟底板５０～１５０ｍｍ。
