吊机

吊机产品介绍

吊机是起重机的通俗称呼，由动力装置和支架两部分组成，在船舶、设备、机械、模具等一系列重工产品有广泛的应用。吊机可分类：船舶吊机、车载吊机、汽车吊、建筑吊机等。

吊机原理

1、动力装置由电动机、减速器、离合器、制动器、绳筒及钢丝绳等组成。电动机为傍磁式单相电容电动机，设计有断电即 制动的机构；电机还装有热敏开关，可防止电机过热而烧毁；减速机为两级齿轮减速，固连于电机；离合器、制动器与蝇筒装为一体，但离合器处于脱离状态时，可 实现快速下降，操作制动器可控制下降速度以避免发生冲击。动力装置外壳正面所开的圆孔可用来安装吹风机，用户可根据需要配备吹风机进行强制冷却。

2、支架部分由螺杆，千斤螺母及立杆构成的主杆和转动臂组成。转动臂可在主杆上转动360度，在臂端设有行程开关以防操作失误或按钮失灵而造成的起吊过位事故。操作按钮起动器实现电机正反转可将钢丝绳卷绕、放开，并通过支架部分滑轮起吊，下放物件来完成吊运作业。
