1. The door frame is a welded frame member of unequal angle steel.
2. The upper part of the door leaf is equipped with three groups of ventilation valve devices, that is, there are three groups of 18 ventilation holes with a diameter of 122mm in the bottom plate of the valve, and the outside of the valve panel is equipped with the valve suspension plate that automatically opens 12o angles. The ventilation volume of each group of valves is 20003 / h, the total ventilation volume is 60003 / h, and the wind speed is designed according to 8m/s, and the number of ventilation valve groups can be determined according to the air volume required by the underground blasting material library and the negative pressure value of the total return air duct when used, and the opening angle of each group of valve suspension plates can be adjusted for fine-tuning, so as to meet the optimal ventilation volume. When an explosion occurs in the warehouse, after the shock wave is attenuated, as long as the residual pressure is greater than 20KPa, the valve suspension will automatically close within 3~8s under pressure, and be isolated from the outside world to prevent the explosion from anti-shock wave and the flames and toxic gases generated by the explosion from spreading to the external roadway and being discharged by the total return air duct.
3. The locking device is provided with 2 groups, one group is the locking shaft and handle rotation type that are usually closed; The other group is an emergency locking device, and its function is that when the impact force is greater than 294N, instantly, the door and the door frame are tightly closed, the sealing ring is compressed, the lock head enters the lock core, the double spring is toggled, and the brake lock is braked to prevent the door from rebounding; The outer key handle can be toggled to unlock it.
4. The lower hinge is supported by a one-way thrust ball bearing, and a spring fold is used in the middle to ensure that the door is automatically closed.
5. The sealing method is sealed with a rubber strip with a zigzag section of "9".
