PS7I wet spraying machine is a new type of high-efficiency concrete spraying machinery, mainly used for wet spraying of wet concrete, wet spraying can make the mixture mix evenly, the water-cement ratio can be accurately controlled, which is conducive to the hydration of water and cement, so the dust is small, the rebound is small, the concrete homogeneity is good, and the strength is high. PS7I wet spraying machine structure and working principle

PS7I wet spraying machine is mainly composed of drive motor, reducer, font converter assembly, sealing plate, hopper seat, vibrating hopper, pressing mechanism, quick-setting agent conveying system, air path system and electronic control device and other components.

How it works:

(1) The concrete is mixed by the mixer according to the ratio and added to the vibrating hopper, and falls into the material cavity of the rotor body through the screen, and the rotating rotor body brings the material in the material cavity to the discharge port of the panel, and after the compressed air enters the "air dispenser" of the machine, it is divided into three ways: all the way to the quick-setting agent mixer, all the way to the cyclone (downwind road), and then all the way to the hopper seat (upwind road), the road wind passes through the hopper seat and the rotor body material cavity, and goes straight to the discharge port of the panel. Therefore, when the material cavity of the rotor body filled with material arrives at the discharge port, the compressed air blows the mixture through the cyclone and the sandblasting pipe to the nozzle, and the wind of the downwind path passes through the cyclone to form a whirlwind, so when the material flow passes through the cyclone, the material is accelerated and rotated, so it is not easy to produce adhesive plugging.

(2) Quick-setting agent addition system

The addition of the liquid accelerator is done by a conveying system by a quick-setting agent pump. It is composed of liquid storage tank, manifold block, flow meter and other components. The manifold includes a relief valve, a check valve, and a mixing chamber. After the liquid quick-setting agent is pumped out from the storage tank by the accelerator pump, the pressure air from the air separator from the overflow valve, regulating valve and flowmeter to the mixing chamber blows the quick-setting agent to the nozzle seat and mixes and sprays out.

1. Greatly reduce the dust concentration next to the machine and outside the nozzle, and eliminate the harm to the health of workers.

2. High productivity. Dry concrete spraying machine is generally not more than 5m3/h. The use of wet concrete spraying machine, manual operation can reach 10m3/h; When the manipulator is used, it can reach 20m3/h.

3. Low resilience. When dry spraying, the resilience of concrete can reach 15%-50%. Wet spray technology is used. The rebound rate can be reduced to less than 10%.

4. When wet spraying, because the water-cement ratio is easy to control, the degree of concrete industrialization is high, so it can greatly improve the mouth quality of shotcrete, improve the homogeneity of concrete, and when dry spraying, the water-cement ratio of concrete is adjusted by the sprayer according to experience and naked eye observation, and the quality of concrete depends to a large extent on whether the operator operates correctly or not.
