(1) The grouting pump should have a large range of grouting volume adjustment, and the change between the final amount of grouting and the initial amount of grouting is about 8~10 times. The final amount of grouting is small, which proves that the filling compaction is good.

(2) The grouting pump should have reliable pressure control ability. Because the grouting "filling compaction" is bound to form the overpressure of the grouting pump, the pump should reduce the amount of grouting in time to reduce the flow resistance of the grout in the gap, so as to avoid grouting fracturing, road surface bulge, mechanical accidents and other situations. Ideally, the grouting pump should have the performance of automatically adjusting the amount of grouting with the change of grouting pressure.

(3) The grouting pump should be simple to operate and maintain, safe and reliable to use. Because the grout used in the grouting pump is easy to precipitate and solidify, the grouting pump must ensure that there is no pause in the middle of each grouting (preventive maintenance should be done before grouting). The operating conditions in the mine are difficult, and the grouting pump must be reliable and absolutely explosion-proof.
