TPJ-2.5型推铺机是一种技术含量较高的塑胶跑道铺设机器，它采用了先进的变频无级调速技术和液压传动装置，提高其铺设的自动化程度，其性能大大满足比赛场地的施工要求，达到比赛场地的质量指标，TPJ-2.5型推铺机具有高效、低耗、优质和操作方便等特点。

摊铺机结构功能

1.机架：工字钢焊接结构，坚固稳定，油漆防锈，能经受施工现场恶劣的条件。

2.前刮板：钢焊接结构，通过手动调节螺杆可调节离地高度，从而可调铺地层的厚度，装上限幅板可调宽度。

3.驱动装置：主驱动采用电机带动履带链条传动，采用变频器无级调速，平稳精确，能前进与后退，并可作弧形运动。选用不同履带表面，可使用于不同底部基础。

4.行走装置：当摊铺机需要在场地移动或转移时，采用一套行走装置来实现。采用液压油缸，可提升机器，实现人工移动。

5.整平板：整平板有四项功能，即调节高度，调节角度，调节温度和振动。塑胶地材在通过整平板时被振动，压实、熨平。
