防爆密闭门

防爆密闭门概述

防爆密闭门又称硐室隔离门，是避难硐室的重要组成部分，防爆密闭门齿轮连杆锁紧机构，隔热密封，抗冲击≥0.3MPa。 我公司生产的YH/FBM1000系列防爆密闭门,开启方便、快捷，密封安全可靠，安装方便，抗冲击能力不小于1.0MPa，可承受最大冲击波压力不小于0.6Mpa，承受1100℃瞬时高温，有效隔绝有毒有害气体。主体部件使用寿命能达到10年以上。

防爆密闭门主要特点

1. 门体结构、加工工艺经过特殊设计制造，强度高抗变形，设计抗爆承压能力0.6-1.0MPa，能有效抵抗发生时产生的冲击波。

2. 门与门框间使用双联密封结构与整体成型工艺，配合航天密封材质，性能优异，有效阻挡有毒气体的渗漏。

3. 配置快开手柄、观察口，开启方便、快捷，密封安全可靠。开启或关闭时间不大于15S。

4、公称规格有:宽X高900X1800/800X1700/800X1600(mm)

5、设计规范标准：《井下避难硐室设计标准》、《煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设管理规定》、《煤矿井下避难所试点建设基本要求》
