JZQ齿轮变速箱概述

JZQ齿轮变速箱是一种由封闭在刚性壳体内的齿轮传动、蜗杆传动、齿轮-蜗杆传动所组成的独立部件，常用作原动件与工作机之间的减速传动装置。在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用，在现代机械中应用广泛。

JZQ齿轮变速箱应用范围及优点

本机广泛应用于各种起重、运输、矿山机械及其它各种机械中作减速之用。其联动方式，可用联轴器直接联动，也可用三角皮带挠性联动。

本机通用性和互换性强，维修简单，效率系数为0.94，具有起动阻力小，运动灵活等优点。

JZQ齿轮变速箱结构概况及主要零部件

本机结构型式为两级三轴圆柱斜齿水平分割全封式。润滑油盛于减速机之内部，在主动轴和中间轴上设有挡油板，各轴支点均用滚动轴承，其轴向间隙，可用内部调整环调整之，本机上部有一检查盖，下部有油标指针和排废油用的油塞。

齿轮和轴均用炭素钢制造，并经调质处理，齿轮多用铸造钢制造，并经正火处理，箱体材料为灰铸铁HT-200并经时效处理，齿轮按8级精度制造的滚切斜齿，倾斜角为8°6′34″，两配偶齿轮齿数和为99牙。
