采用同步控制技术，焊接时间与分控焊接均又由工控机控制系统管理，控制软件基于Windows操作系统，人机界面，操作更智能化，人性化。经丝采用盘丝进料，连续送入，调直、焊接，剪断、运网均自动完成。拉网采用伺伏电机控制，网格尺寸比步进电机控制更加精密，可以同一张网片上经丝方向都出现不同尺寸的网孔。该机最大的特点打破了网片不能用盘丝连续生产的局面。

用途：高速公路、铁路、桥梁、围山（护栏网、围栏网）；建筑（楼层浇注顶用网）。
