送料方式：该设备所需的经线和纬线长度均采用自动调直切断机预剪，经线由人工放置到对应的穿丝模具处，纬丝放置到专用的置料槽由伺服电机控制自动落料；
焊接：主机启动开始焊接，：该机采用同步控制技术，分控焊接与焊接时间均由PLC数字编程系统控制，孔径大小调整直接在触摸屏控制面板输入即可；焊接动力为气动，调节焊接压力简单直观
焊接完成：伺服电机控制自动拉网，直至整片焊接完成，启动自动接网与出网系统；开始下一片焊接。
