振动筛原理

振动筛是利用振子激振所产生的复旋型振动而工作的。振子的上旋转重锤使筛面产生平面回旋振动，而下旋转重锤则使筛面产生锥面回转振动，其联合作用的效果则使筛面产生复旋型振动。

振动筛组成特点

振动筛主要由筛箱、激振器、悬挂（或支承）装置及电动机等组成。电动机经三角皮带，带动激振器主轴回转，由于激振器上不平衡重物的离心惯性力作用，使筛箱获振动。改变激振器偏心重，可获得不同振幅。
