钢筋网排焊机优势：
（1）主焊机用18mm厚度钢板做主体，经过专业设计用较厚型钢连接加固形成主机框架结构，形成现在坚固简单的焊网机主机。
（2）横向（纬线）钢筋设计为数控自动落丝装置和半自动拨丝装置，数控自动落丝采用plc伺服控制，是纬丝精准落料，半自动拨丝装置通过与主焊机传动机构精密连接从而使落料时间精准。
（3）竖向（经线）钢筋采用气动机构实现整齐排放，伺服驱动传送到焊接位置。
（4）排焊机拉网采用了伺服电机拉网装置，使拉网尺寸加标准、准确。可焊接网格品种多样化。
（5）经向网格调整相关的零部件即可调整，纬向网格调整微电脑控制，（显示器修改网孔数据）可设置不同的网格。
（6）网焊机焊接采用新型高效封闭式水冷焊网变压器，电压调节范围宽。为了适应用户主电力变压器的容量和减小电流冲击，焊接电力电子控制采用了一次焊接分控送电的方法，即在焊接同一排纬丝时，将焊接变压器分开工作。
（7）焊机焊接电力电子控制系统采用同步控制技术，焊接时间与分控焊接均由数字化集成电路组成，控制精度高性能稳定。
（8）变频电动作动力为纵线和横线交叉点提供柔性的焊接压力，焊接平稳、飞溅少、焊接速度提高
