热轧等边角钢产品介绍

角钢俗称角铁、是两边互相垂直成角形的长条钢材。有等边角钢和不等边角钢之分。等边角钢的两个边宽相等。其规格以边宽×边宽×边厚的毫米数表示。如“∠30×30×3”，即表示边宽为 30毫米、边厚为3毫米的等边角钢。也可用型号表示，型号是边宽的厘米数，如∠3#。型号不表示同一型号中不同边厚的尺寸，因而在合同等单据上将角钢的边宽、边厚尺寸填写齐全，避免单独用型号表示。热轧等边角钢的规格为2#-20#。

热轧等边角钢参数

外形弯曲度：等边角钢每米弯曲度不大于 4MM。5号以上型号的总弯曲度不大于总长度的 0.4%。
经双方协议，可供应总弯曲度不大于总长度 0.2%的等边角钢
扭转：等边角钢不得有明显的扭转
通常长度：等边角钢的通常长度应符合下列规定
型号 2-9 10-14 16-20
通常长度，M 4-12 4-19 6-19
长度及允许偏差定尺，倍尺长度：等边角钢按定尺或倍尺长度交货时，应在合同中注明。其长度允许偏差为 + 50 MM
重量及允许偏差等边角钢按理论或实际重量交货
等边角钢计算理论重量时，钢的密度为7.85G/平方厘米
根据双方协议，等边角钢每米重量允许偏差不得超过 +3%
