（一）防跑车装置工作原理：

该装置与绞车电源连锁互动，即绞车通电，装置通电工作；绞车断电，装置即停止工作。本装置接通电源后，系统自矿车实时位置动检测挡车栏是否下放到位、故障指示。当矿车正常下行时，挡车栏处于常闭状态，矿车下行到PLC设定的第一设定值时，主控PLC将控制提升电机自动完成升栏操作；矿车达到第二设定值时，主控 PLC将控制电机完成降栏，恢复常闭状态。当矿车正常上行到达第二设定值时，自动完成降栏，恢复常闭状态。当矿车正常上行到达第二设定值时，PLC控制上提拦挡车；矿车到达第一设定值时，自动完成降栏，恢复常闭状态。当矿车超出正常行驶速度（跑车、溜车）时，PLC控制缓冲式挡车栏对矿车进行可靠的阻拦，从而有效地避免事故的发生。对于多点多挡车跑车防护，采用PLC串行通信方式，大大减少了信号电缆，控制方便，安装简捷，绞车房集中控制显示箱还能够及时准确地反映和控制各挡车机构和矿车的工作情况。
