耙矿绞车

1.1 主要用途及适用范围

2JP、2JPB系列耙矿绞车(以下简称绞车)主要用于金属矿及其它矿场坑内或露天做矿石的搬运及填充工作，使用于水平或倾角不大于44°的斜坡耙运。

1.2 执行标准 AQ1039-2007《煤矿用耙矿绞车安全检验规范》

警示语

耙矿绞车所配的电器产品必须有在有效期内的安标证。耙矿绞车严禁用于载人。非隔爆型耙矿绞车严禁用于煤矿井下！电机启动后，严禁两操纵手柄同时按下！

1.3 适用的工作条件和环境

a．隔爆型绞车工作时，周围空气中的瓦斯、煤尘等不应超过《煤矿安全规程》中规定浓度。

b．非隔爆型绞车不应用于有瓦斯、煤尘等易燃、易爆气体的场所。

c．绞车应安装在空气温度0℃-40℃、相对湿度不大于85%（环境温度为20℃±5℃时），海拔高度不超过1000m的机房内，应能防止液体浸入电器内部，无剧烈震动、颠簸，无腐蚀气体的环境中工作。

d．当海拔高度超过1000m时，需要考虑到空气冷却作用和介电强度的下降，选用电气设备应根据制造厂和用户的协议进行设计或使用。
