JZ系列凿井绞车

JZ系列凿井绞车主要用于煤矿、金属矿及非金属矿竖井井筒掘进时悬吊吊盘、水泵、水管、注浆管、风筒等掘进设备和张紧稳绳。绞车主要用于更换提升机两个罐笼间连接的尾绳；且以换扁绳最佳，也可做竖井绞车用，其性能与竖井相同。

特点：JZ系列凿井绞车具有提吊能力强、容绳量大、运转平稳等优点

用途：主要用于煤矿、金属矿、非金属矿竖井的井筒掘进工程中悬吊吊盘、水泵、风筒，压缩空气筒、注浆管等掘进设备的紧张稳绳，也可作其他井下和地面起吊重物使用。

主要技术参数

结构概述

该系列绞车结构为缠绕式，主要由主轴装置、减速器、带制动轮的弹性联轴器、工作制动器、安全制动器、机座、电动机等部件组成。

1、主轴装置

主轴装置包括：主轴、齿轮、卷筒、制动轮、轴承座及轴承等。卷筒与齿轮、制动轮靠紧配铜套和螺栓联结成一个整体，齿轮又通过键与主轴相连，故主轴仅随卷筒旋转而不传递扭矩。钢丝绳出绳方向为上出绳。

2、工作制动器

工作制动器采用瓦块式制动器，启动电机，电动液压推动器松闸，停止电机则弹簧力制动。

3、安全制动器

完全制动器为瓦块浮动式，靠重锤下落进行制动，电动液压推动器松闸。
