自冲洗式水质过滤器用途        

    自冲洗式水质过滤器主要应用于煤矿井下采煤、掘金工作面、主要运输巷的运输及转载系统等防尘用水的水质过滤。自冲洗式水质过滤器直接连接于井下防尘供水管路系统中，能够除掉水中的泥沙及悬浮物，保证水质符合煤矿井下防尘用水的要求。

自冲洗式水质过滤器结构与原理

该水质过滤器装置由压力表、闸阀、过滤器、自冲阀、排污阀重要部件组成。正常情况下，过滤芯前后两闸阀打开，自冲阀和排（杂质）污阀关闭，水通过过滤芯中的不锈钢丝布进行过滤，此时，过滤芯前后两压力表压力保持一致。当过滤芯中不锈钢丝布的杂质比较多的时候，前后压力表读数将会出现偏差。此时，应进行自冲洗杂质，首先关闭过滤芯前后两闸阀，然后打开自冲水阀和排杂质阀。管道中的水通过自冲洗水阀进入过滤芯中，进行同正常使用情况下流水方向相反的自冲洗，水杂质通过排杂质阀排出。自冲洗结束后，再回复正常使用情况下的阀门关闭状态。
