CDH-C20插接式滑动挡车器它安装在铁路尽头线，是用来防止车辆溜逸时撞击车挡的安全设备。该产品结构合理，制动力大，支臂与制动轨采用的插入式连接方式，安装简便，便于维修和复位。

CDH-C系列插接式滑动挡车器结构及工作原理

挡车器由主体架和两对增力器组成，全长2800mm。
1、缓冲橡胶板。
2、车辆的撞击力由缓冲橡胶板、支座左右支臂传递到制动轨。
3、制动轨、弹簧座.与基本轨产生摩擦阻力阻止车辆滑行。
4、由板弹簧、弹簧座、楔铁、承座组成弹性加压装置，安装在主体架的制动轨和增力器制动轨中，它的作用是在挡车器静态时就形成予压力，增加制动时的摩擦阻力，并且在动态时能使制动力持续不断地起作用，直至停车。
5、支臂板由整版制成，由支座，前、后横梁，上、下斜梁紧密相连组成主体架，结构合理，整体强大大，能承受车辆较大速度的撞击。
6、支臂板由下部的蹄型块直接插入制动轨，结构简单，安装、维修、复位方便。
7、主体架受力后依次推动挡车器前面的两对制动轨、后面两对制动轨和两对增力器滑行，摩擦阻力逐步增加，即可防止撞坏车辆和主体架，又能使挡车器累计阻力增大。拥有较大的制动能力。
