电动捣固机用于建筑施工时的混凝土浇注和铁路工务维修过程中捣实轨枕下面的石喳。该机重量轻，性能可靠，坚固耐用，使用灵活方便。电动捣固机是建筑施工和铁路线路施工，作业，维护的必备工具。
电动捣固机由操纵装置、减振装置、振源、镐板组成，振动电机壳采用铝合金精密铸造，散热好。手柄与振源采用弹性橡胶联接，扇形夹板可调整角度。捣固镐工作性能完全能满足线路的捣固作业和清筛后的捣固作业。
电动捣固机使用和维护
1.新启用的，长期停用的或有可能受潮的电动捣固机在使用前应测量绝缘电阻。
2.每次使用前应先作部件检查，紧固各部螺丝。
3.在工作前仔细检查电缆是否损坏漏电，机壳接地是否牢靠。
4.每次使用100小时应检查轴承润滑油脂情况，必要时应添油，每1000小时应换由一次，并定期检查轴承磨损情况。
5.运行中应检查轴承，绕组的温度是否过高，当环境温度35°C时，滚动轴承的允许温升60°C(温度计法)；当环境温度40°C时，绕组的允许温升为75°C（电阻法）
6.长期不用的电动捣固机，应存放在干燥的库房内，不得与腐蚀性气体或化学品接触。
