铁路拉轨器是我厂新研制的铁路工务设备，适用于50、60、75公斤/米钢轨的应力放散作业。

铁路拉轨器也可以用于钢轨轨缝的调整作业。

铁路拉轨器也是大型拉轨器，可以进行拉轨作业，由于牵引力大，可牵拉重轨和超长轨。

铁路拉轨器结构特点：

1、本机优于其他同类产品，采用分体现场组装式结构，包括两个夹座、四块楔铁、两个油缸活塞杆组件及进、回油管。结构简单、组装极方便。

2、本机挟持机构采用两个夹座与两组楔铁挟持钢轨的轨顶两侧面上，挟持牢固，不打滑，优于同类产品的其他挟持机构（如挟持钢轨轨腰的，零件多，并必须清除轨底道渣，）不用清道渣。

3、本机主要用于钢轨应力放散作业，并可以一机多用，可以双向作业，即能拉轨，又能推轨，所以即可代替轨缝调整器调整轨缝，又可以代替拉轨器进行拉轨，而且拉力比一般拉轨器大几倍的拉力。

4、本机整体都在轨枕螺栓以上，操作时不用躲螺栓或打倒螺栓。
