卡轨器

卡轨器概述

卡轨器是在铁路接触线检修工程中经常用到的工具,铁路轨道有曲线还有坡道,在遇到曲线和坡道的情况下,梯车上检修线路是件危险的事情,梯车专用防倾制动器可以用于曲线和坡道上作业,防止梯车倾斜和溜滑,适用于所有型号的梯车。防倾斜制动器是梯车专用防止倾覆的安全装置。

卡轨器适用于：铁路钢制接触网梯车抓轨器

安全装置,每台梯车配置为两个,相对于轨道对称安装于梯车两侧,可以防止梯车的倾覆。其上抱箍抱紧纵梁、主体放置距轨面至合适位置后扮动手柄旋转180°,使双钩(尼龙)抱紧铁轨。如有抱不紧或手柄不到位的现象则调整主体上方的滚花螺母即可(出厂时已调整好)

卡轨器注意事项：

1.既有线施工时，严禁在天窗外利用梯车抓轨器上线施工。

2.施工现场要按照规定距离设置远方防护，远方防护人员和施工现场通讯联系要可靠，任何一个防护人员的通讯器材因故障而中断通话，施工必须马上停止。
