Introduction to Pressure Plate Products
The track pressure plate is composed of a base, a pressure head, a pressure tongue, a bolt (8.8S), a nut (8H), and a fastening nut. The track pressure plate is a reliable connection between the crane steel rail and the ground (or load-bearing beam). It is arranged along the entire length of the track, with a group of two pairs set every 500mm. The symmetrical setting is on the two sides of the track. When the crane is in operation, it can withstand the vertical and lateral impact forces and the additional lateral forces generated by the crane's oblique operation.
Working principle of pressure plate
The use of adjustable combination track pressure plates can overcome the faults that traditional track pressure plates have encountered in use, causing loosening of pressure plate bolts, rotation of pressure plates, surface wear and rail gnawing, and in severe cases, rail breakage. This can also affect the wear of the main engine wheels and damage to the driving mechanism. When using an adjustable combination track pressure plate, a hot rubber tongue is pressed on the track pressure head, and the tongue is made of wear-resistant, oil resistant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant synthetic rubber. In order to ensure the smooth and stable operation of the crane, the adjustable combination track pressure plate can effectively eliminate the adverse factors caused by the use of welded tracks.
