道岔尖轨

道岔尖轨产品介绍：

道岔尖轨是转辙器中的重要部件，依靠尖轨的扳动，将列车引入正线或侧线方向。尖轨在平面上可分为直线型和曲线型。我国铁路的大部分12号及12号以下的道岔，均采用直线型道岔尖轨。

直线型道岔尖轨制造简单，便于更换，尖轨前端的刨切较少，横向刚度大，尖轨的摆度和跟端轮缘槽较小，可用于左开或右开，但这种道岔尖轨的转辙角较大，列车对尖轨的冲击力大，尖轨易于磨耗和损伤。

曲线型道岔尖轨指的是尖轨工作边为曲线，这种尖轨制造麻烦，左右开道岔尖轨不能通用，但冲击角小，侧向通过速度高，一般小号道岔用之。

道岔尖轨尖轨加工工艺流程为：一次下料锯切跟端压型正火矫直二次下料钻孔铣轨腰长圆弧槽铣非工作边轨肢及弹性可弯段轨肢铣工作边轨头铣非工作边轨头铣轨顶面及通长1：40轨顶坡淬火矫直(曲尖轨圆顺)试验并检查密贴、支距和平顺度。
